Can I order extra wood chips?

Yes! We sell them in 4 packs in our shop - https://speakeasysmoker.com/products/cocktail-smoker-wood-chips-shavings
Do you offer personalization?

We offer laser engraving on the Mini, Full, and 4top. We currently aren't offering engraving on the Snap.
Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do! If you are located in or around Lee's Summit Missouri You can select local pickup when you checkout.
My dome broke, can I get a replacement?

Accidents happen! We offer replacements in our shop. Make sure you select the correct size (Mini 2 lights, Full Size 4 lights) https://speakeasysmoker.com/products/speakeasy-smoker-dome-replacement
Do I need a special torch to light the chips?

Yes, a butane torch is required. A standard lighter will not produce enough heat to create enough smoke. We are in the process of sourcing our own torches and they should be available in our shop in early June.
Do you offer a warranty?

Yes – All of our smokers come with a 1 year warranty. This does not include consumables such as the fan and the 9v battery.
What's your shipping time?

Our shipping time is typically 3 days or less. These are handmade items, so it takes us a bit longer to ship than other companies. The exception is the 6 weeks leading up to Fathers Day and Christmas where our shipping time can take up to 2 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to almost every country.
Do you pay for customs, duties, or taxes?

No, Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How much wood chips should we use?

Just a small pinch is all you need. If you want more smoke then you can use a 2nd pinch.
Why isn't the fan working but the lights are still on?

Our fans take more power to run than the lights so it is possible your battery needs replaced.

* Not all batteries are created equal. We recommend Amazon, Duracell, or Energizer batteries. Any other brand is not guaranteed to produce enough power to drive the fan.
